Service Description

Join our beautiful, supportive community for self-practice in the Ashtanga tradition. While there's no guided instruction or adjustments, we come together to inspire and uplift each other in a space where everyone can truly be themselves. After practice, we enjoy conversations, tea, and occasional mantra chanting, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Sometimes, we even gather for a meal at a local Indian restaurant. The practice is donation-based to cover room costs. While the class operates primarily in a closed setting, we occasionally have space for one or two additional participants.
