About me

Portré fekete fehér.jpg

I’m originally from Hungary and now live in rural Austria, surrounded by water, forests and mountains.

I studied Business & Management at university and spent several years working in the corporate world. For a long time, I imagined a thriving career and a busy city life — and, for a while, that was the life I lived.

Over time, however, I began to notice how much this fast-paced way of living was pulling me away from myself and from nature. I saw burnout, stress and disconnection not only around me, but in the way many of us had learned to live.

I found myself longing for something simpler.

My Path Today

Moving closer to nature gradually changed the way I live, practise and think about wellbeing.

Yoga has been part of my life for many years, alongside meditation and mindfulness. Over time, my interest has grown beyond the practice itself into a more holistic way of living — one that values simplicity, connection with nature, conscious choices and everyday rituals that genuinely support us.

This is also the heart behind Soulful Living.

Not about doing everything perfectly or adding more and more to our lives, but about finding what feels meaningful, supportive and sustainable — whether that is through movement, stillness, time in nature or the simple rituals we return to each day.

My Approach

In my yoga and meditation classes, I create a welcoming, supportive and judgment-free space where everyone is valued for who they are.

I believe that every body is different and that yoga is a personal practice rather than something we need to perform or perfect.

My role is to guide gently, offer support and inspiration, and give you the space to explore your own practice in a way that feels authentic and nourishing for you.
