1. SHIPPING DELAYS & LOST PARCELS

If a parcel experiences extended delays or no tracking updates, we will first open an investigation with the shipping carrier.

International tracking updates can occasionally be delayed due to customs processing, holidays, or local postal services.

Replacement parcels are generally shipped only after 14 business days without tracking movement or delivery confirmation.

If a replacement parcel has already been shipped and the original parcel is delivered as well, we kindly ask customers to contact us so that we can find a fair solution together.

As a small business, we truly appreciate your honesty and understanding.

2. CHECKING YOUR ORDER

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt, before using or opening the products.

If a product is missing, broken, or the packaging is incomplete, contact us immediately.
Handling or opening the product before reporting issues may affect eligibility for returns.

2. HANDMADE NATURAL COSMETICS

Our products are handcrafted, small-batch, and made from natural, cold-pressed plant oils and botanicals.

No synthetic ingredients are used.
Color, texture, and scent may vary slightly between batches due to the natural ingredients.

3. MACERATION & NATURAL SEDIMENTS

Some products are prepared by maceration, meaning herbs or flowers are infused in oils to extract their beneficial properties.
Slight cloudiness or sediment, especially in natural oil-based formulations, can occur and may vary from batch to batch due to temperature changes or natural components settling

4. ALLERGY TEST

Test new products on a small area of skin (e.g., hand) before regular use.
If any allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately, rinse the area, and consult a doctor if necessary.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check for any allergies before use.

5. USAGE & HYGIENE

Always use a spatula or clean tool, never your fingers, to take product from the container.
This prevents water, bacteria, or contamination from entering the product and preserves its quality.

6. STORAGE

Keep products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
