HOW TO PREPARE

Warm 150–200 ml of water or plant-based milk until pleasantly hot, but not boiling (around 60°C)

Add 15–24 g of ceremonial cacao

Enhance the flavor with spices such as bourbon vanilla, Ceylon cinnamon, tonka bean, or cardamom
-
For a natural sweetness, add 1–2 Medjool or Sukkari dates, or a little date powder
-
Blend or whisk well until smooth and creamy
