Returns & Refunds

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

 

You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract, starting from the day you or someone you’ve authorized (who is not the delivery company) receives the goods.

Exercising your right of withdrawal:
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Alexandra Molnar infor@alexandramolnar.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period.

HOW REFUNDS WORK​

If you withdraw from this contract:

  • We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

  • The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

  • No fees will be charged for the refund.

  • We may withhold the refund until we have received the products back or until you have provided evidence of their return, whichever occurs first.

RETURN OF PRODUCTS

  • You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal.

  • The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

  • You are responsible for the shipping costs of the products.

  • Returns are only possible for the condition in which you received the goods.

  • Please package the products carefully to prevent damage during shipping (e.g., cushion fragile glass containers appropriately).

  • Withdrawal applies only to unopened and unused products.

  • Damaged or used goods are excluded from withdrawal.

If a product arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us immediately after receipt.
