About me

I’m originally from Hungary and now live in rural Austria, close to water, forests, and mountains.

I studied Business & Management at university and gained professional experience in the corporate world. For a long time, I imagined a thriving career and a busy big city life — and I partially achieved it.

But over time, I realized that this fast-paced lifestyle was pulling me further away from myself and from nature. I watched myself, colleagues and friends struggle from burnout, disconnection and pain. 

 

My Path Today

I longed for a simpler, more natural way of living, which I found in my current home in Austria.

I dedicate myself to helping others to reconnect with their body, mind and spirit.

Through mindfulness, yoga and meditation, I guide people toward balance, inner calm, and self-awareness.


My Approach

In my classes, I create a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free space where everyone is valued for who they are. I honor that each body and personality is unique, and that yoga is a personal journey for each individual. My role is to guide gently, offer support and inspiration, while encouraging you to explore and move in a way that feels authentic and nourishing for you.

Trainings & Certifications

I have trained extensively in yoga, meditation and mindfulness, integrating these practices to support holistic well-being.

Yoga 

2024 – Soulful Yin Yoga with Annie Au, 70 hours
Focuses on traditional yin yoga practice, emotional and spiritual awareness, deep relaxation, energy flow, and meridian line activation, incorporating Qi Gong, Tapping, and occasionally Yoga Nidra.

2022 – Yoga Basic Teacher Training 200 hours, Austria
Basic/Foundational Yoga Teacher Training.

2017 – Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series 200 hours, Hungary
Includes Manju P. Jois Primary Series Teacher Training, Mantra chanting, Pranayama, Ashtanga practice, anatomy, alignment, and adjustment techniques.

2016 – Spinal Yoga 200 hours, Hungary
Focus on improving muscular balance, promoting healthy posture, and enhancing body awareness for physical health.

Mindfulness & Meditation

2025 – Mingyur Rinpoche, Joy of Living Level 1 (Level 2–3 in progress)
Introduced to Tibetan Buddhist meditation practices focused on joy, mindfulness, and cultivating inner peace.

2025 – Science of Happiness, Berkeley, California University
Explored the science behind well-being, positive psychology, and practical strategies for cultivating happiness.

2023 – Interactive Guided Meditation with Jack Kornfield
Visualization meditations such as Healing Temple, Past Life Regression, Power Animal.
